If you feel that your business was over-valued and this contributed to your decision to rescind the contract or to RTA’s failure to provide any viewers then you will need to show what the true value of the business was.
Ask your accountant to look at your accounts for the period closest to when you signed the Agreement with RTA and produce a business valuation. This needs to be on your accountants letter-headed paper. Usually the cost will be not more than £50. You will require this if RTA instigate court proceedings.
